Little fox child then remembered a bit, and she shyly came back to him, and she observed him for a moment with gentle timid devotion, before she nudged his chest, in same way that she did the day they met when she licked away the blood from nasty wound on his chest, and she then raised her little soft paw hesitantly, and lightly patted his beard, in same way he cleaned her from the blood and helped her feel better that day in return. She purred timidly, as if in question, and king could see desire in her eyes - she knew he had been through lot of pain in last days, too, and wanted to do something for him in her excitements and gratefulness for his food care of her, desiring to ease his suffering and ease his heart like she did when they met, to make his feel good - but this was above physical injury, and she did not know how to soothe him, but to give him toys and food, like a well meant, but in itself, not really effective balm.
