Xia observed Melody intently, as if trying to sense something within young Spirit's soul. And then, suddenly she glanced at Svarik, and grinned at him, as if she got some idea on how to treat Svarik with something nice.
And the next moment, carefully and slowly picking and building up to a new form, there was a tender light glow around her, as she disappeared, and reappeared again, clothed in new body. This time, it was clearly inspired by Tide's huge but soft chubby form - for it had both Xia's brightness of sun, and something deeper, more mysterious and whimsical, a little galaxy of distant glowing stars woven within her fur.

It was one of the moments where one could easily forget Xia was but a youngling child demon, seeing magnificence and delight in form that would take a demon that is born, not made, long time to develop and grow into. It was truly a magical experience, to witness yet another impressive look inspired by someone whom she grew to like and who kept watch over her through the whole night and was teaching her so many new words.
It was not only look that she had that resembled Tide's lightly. Somewhere deep within, there were light gentle fingerprints upon her soul - Svarik could see Tide and Llyr both must had given young creature their blessings. As she enveloped Melody in her soft fur, she started to purr, and Melody shivered a little with it. This didn't seem quite like Xia's common purr, marking her satisfaction - it seemed to echo from somewhere deep within the creature, a center of her essence, from same place that was giving her her whistling voice. Svarik could see how Melody, in her sleep, seemed confused with sudden conflicting feelings it brought - but, without waking, she in the end leaned into Xia's touch in her sleep, as it seemed the frequency of the purring had some specific soothing pattern to Spirits, something demoness must had learned from Lllyr and Tide. It took focus from fox demon, and it took her to desire to give something of herself to another helpless creature, but Svarik could see some of Xia's music flowing lightly into Melody, nourishing the sleeping Spirit that slept still and trembled a little from time to time, but whose breathing got more peaceful, and her pose, as she leaned calmly on Xia's fluffy tail, grew more relaxed and trustful, resting there while color was slowly returning to her cheeks, faster than it would happen if she was just left to lie on bed without external aid.
