Senecio adn Tide II

Senecio tried putting the different options together, judging them. "Hm... if you want to go with silver, I would't use black or white, silver is enough of an accent on it's own. I'd rather combine different shades of blue with it, like here," he took a jacket that seemed to be inspired in its color scheme by the sea, starting with the turquise of shallow waters and gradually blending into the dark blue of the depths. "I think this would look great with silver."

Even more so than choosing himself, Hans appreciated Senecio choosing along with him, the joy of doing this with him being able to distract him from nervousness and overthinking he would otherwise feel. He choose the sea-themed outfit Senecio singled out, and then together they choose silver hair tie and silver jewelry to go with it. "Would you like to pick out some silver jewellery, too, for Alpha's costume? "he asked while they were browsing the numerous boxes. " Alpha does not always wear it when it's just a casual day, but like that day we all went out for the trip to the fourth city, he has a lot of jewellery in his pocket dimensions and uses them all the time. Since his face can't hold makeup properly, he likes matching with what he can, too, and jewellery is easiest to match with since it can not get smeared and sink into his skin like makeup, so that's why he has a ridiculous amount of it... he collects it as much as he collects sewing materials, it's kind of his hobby. Since we'd be borrowing Tide's, it's still zero budget if you take something nice to add on top. Alpha is a showman, so he'd love anything as long as it's sparkly, but since I am wearing silver, silver to match would be nice for today...  "

"Sure, some jingle can't be wrong for this," Senecio said and browsed Tide's collection, picking a necklace and a couple of bracelets. After that, he also took a pair of earrings, nore subtle thab the rest, matching Hans's accessories. "That's for myself, under the veil, so that it's visible after the play when you propose," he said.

" Would it be getting old if I said they'll look great on you? You could probably even pull off some of Tide's more tacky, silly jewellery, but silver is so much of your color nothing silver can go wrong, " Spirit shruggled playfully, while sitting down on the sofa looking through their picks. " Should we dress up right away? Or would you rather we rehearse more casually and only dress a bit before play starts? I don't sweat much unless I choose to or I'm sick, but you might not be comfortable rehearsing in all black clothes, with a thick veil over your head. Wouldn't it be funny if after all the effort you got sick from heat stroke you brought upon yourself by your own costume choice, heh...? " he teased, with warm worried feelings, though, that clearly marked it would not be funny to him at all. " We can always imagine how Alpha will look and just dress you up a bit before the play starts. But since my clothes are just normal change of clothes, I could dress now. I don't know how long makeup would take, so I don't want you to feel strapped for time... "

"I think we have rehearsed enough already - we have the general outline and know the cues. The rest can be improvised," Senecio said. "I won't put on the veil yet, but we can get dressed now so that I can do our makeup without having to change clothes later. I'll go with something more subtle that won't smear under the veil, but I want to take proper time with yours, it needs to be special."

Spirit's face reddened, just like during the whole day, it being clear he was savouring and feeling thankful for how much the actor cared about the importance of this event for him.
" Okay... but... your clothes are darker and thicker, so if they get too hot, don't hesitate to change into something else, even if it's less cool. Due to our tendency to overdo things, since it's fun to figure out ways to make things better, and since we are hoarders, we have a lot of leeway in finding ways to stretch that no-budget goal, since it can't be outside of budget if we use things we already own. I can already tell your Alpha is going to look like ridiculusly good mini version for zero budget, but it's fine if it doesn't look that great if you're more comfortable. But, since we are both idiots who are too excited to do things as well as possible, promise me you'll be careful and take note if you're getting too hot? Don't forget to order water, lemonade, or whatever suits you best. With long rehearsals at theathre I know there has to be water ready on standby for health, but with how garbage people there are, I can imagine nobody was rushing to double check if you were drinking or eating enough, and I know you can get easily distracted when in the zone, but now that you have room service, can I count on you to more often ask for room service? We also have ice, so don't forget to ask for ice in your drinks; it's very nice in the summer. And also ask for something sugary if you feel a bit dizzy or low, but since Tide and Erdel seem to be making sure there'll be a lot of snacks, just keep in mind that, knowing Tide, there'll be a lot of delicious small things to look forward to there, so keep that in mind while deciding... Health is priority number one, but fun is second after it, okay? No fun if you are running around to get it all on time, hungry or thirsty. Oh, if your throats feels unwell or if you have headache or any ailment, we have medicine you can summon, so I'll give you a quick list what medicine you should summon for what, if you'd be reading a lot like I do, headache one might be needed more often even when you become Spirit, so remember that one well... and those stomach ones if you eat something that does not sit right with you, that one is good to keep in mind, too, i will list you couple variants that we always have in stock. Also, there are couple types of first aid kits if someone gets hurt, so good to remember those too if you invite any friends over to hang out and mishaps happen and first aid is needed, don't forget you can order that, and gazzilion more things... " it seemed that, despite describing it often from outside perspective, Hans could not help but be deeply tied to Being giving culture, any time actor would be kind and attentive to him, eager to give the kindness back equally. He rattled on with great care, clearly hoping being more in the know would help him feel more at home, giving some more advice on what are good things to order from room service as he took the clothes and started getting dressed.

"Good to know that it's all there," Senecio said. "In case I don't remember something I need, I'll ask. But you're right that sone refreshments would be nice." He ordered a glass of lemonade with ice before getting to work on the makeup.

Like always until now, Hans seemed proud whenever the actor would make any new step in either being more mindful of his health or integrating more into the household's everyday life. He also ordered some apple juice since he didn't want to drink much after putting on makeup, so as not to smear it. After they got dressed and had their refreshments, he leaned back and curiously watched while the actor was putting on makeup of his own, seeming soothed and more serene whenever they would be doing anything tied to it. After the actor's makeup had been completed, Spirit seemed impressed as always, before he sheepishly obeyed and sat down at the table when Senecio told him it was his turn.

Senecio did his own makeup in a simple but elegant style, with a black eyeliner and bit of grey shadow. With Hans's makeup, he took much more time, matching it to the shades of his tunic and adding subtle sparkles and delicate patterns complimenting the shape and color of the Spirit's eyes.
