" I would like that recipe indeed... " maiden stopped with her work, and she slowly and carefully closed the bottle she was working with. The soothing glowing yellow substance remained floating playfully within the closed glass containment. When she assured of it, girl looked toward king.
" Nice critter you got there. A little shaken, though... Looks quite in need of a hot cup of something. " she said conversationally, seeming to be more casual, like Llyr, but also somewhat more conservative. " It would be a great fun to work out that arrangement with you. Your hands look full, though... " he smiled a little. " So if you'd agree to tell me what recipe requires and guide me through it, I can make it for you using your guidelines and my equipment, while you keep your hands busy with that ball of yarn. I am Garnet. With whom I should have the honor to make this deal with? " she bid, which seemed to be her polite way of hinting him to introduce himself.

"Nightingale," Svarik replied a bit shyly. "I have the recipe written here. You can read it and ask if something is not clear to you."

" Written instructions bore me, and human handwriting these days - oh, my! Human scribes in general are rather distasteful. " Spirit said, looking with some puzzlement at the notes written with soft coal, apparently, rather hoping to avoid touching it while having to work with herbs. " Besides, I like surprises. " she winked at him. " I'll prefer you just tell me what I should do, step by step, as I go. It'll be more fun. However, Demon brews can get poisonous to Spirits, just like Spirit brews can be poisonous to Demons. Just let me take a pair of good gloves first. " she said calmly and nonchalantly, and from the chest aside, she took what appeared to be a thick pair of white gloves of vaguely strange material, reaching up above the elbow, and she took a plain white apron of same material, so liquid that could spill wouldn't spill on her form either.

"Alright," Svarik nodded with a smile. "Just don't ask me why I tell you to do something, I did not make the recipe, obviously."

" Unless it starts exploding in a moment you say it's not supposed to do it, I shan't get alarmed. Besides, It will be more fun that way too. " maiden proclaimed innocently. She put on a mask that had a slight resemblance to the veil then, of same white material, only thin and transparent, to protect her face.

Garnet gave them a nice place to sit at a table, both him with Xia, and to Llyr. She then brought forth the needed equipment, and she started preparing the mixture, based on Svarik's input, working playfully with ease of someone experienced, but also in line of cautiousness of someone to whom experiments indeed, do often happen to blow up unexpectedly.

Svarik read the instructions from the recipe, and nothing blew up in the process  since it followed what Emil did quite cloely.

Xia was quiet for that time, seeming rather withdrawn in herself, as if she has been recollecting of many things, and thinking about them and what she knew of the world, trying to put it into something that makes sense. She was like a little ball of cotton, curled in Svarik's arms, seeking his support.

When beverage was done, Garnet took down her veil, and observed it carefully, and made some notes about it, inspecting it.

" Definitely poisonous to Spirits and humans, in current state. " she marked then, putting the beverage into big teapot where Svarik could take it. " Not enough to kill or burn a Spirit, but enough to make him uncomfortable or cause quite bad stomachache and quite painful cramps if he drinks it. You should keep it away from your Spirit friends. " she gave him a tip. " It's a strange recipe, all over the place, I must admit, so whoever made it, must had took quite a bit of time to experiment and make it into something that goes specially well with demonic soul. Its essence flows almost completely smoothly like demon one... I think I've managed to make it properly for you, sweet little Nightingale. "

"Thanks a lot," Svarik bowed his head. "If you would borrow a cup to Hans, he can take it to Tide, and I will take the rest upstairs for Erdel and Xia."

" I am sorry, it's not a part of the deal for me to take anything from brew made for your friends, Nightingale. " she bowed her head back to him cunningly. " You shall take it all, as, besides, I ain's gonna send a mere little cup to my dear host Tide - I am going to make another pot of the tea we brew now, just for him to enjoy in. " she proclaimed, gathering the needed plants from the shelves for a new doze of it. " Besides, once I'm done with it, I'm going to make more of the tea to properly experiment with it, and see just how many things I need to add to it to have it explode into something cool. " she added innocently, seeming to have a quite of a fascination with finding creative ways to push liquids and matter to do her bidding.

"Alright. May I stop by later to see what you manage to do with it? Oh, and also thank you for the dye. Would you maybe be kind enough to share that recipe with me? It might be quite useful to me also back home."

" Your hands are full now, and that's no good way to teach a man some serious work. Besides, it gets quite chemical, and takes couple of hours to make properly. " Maiden said. " Normally I don't go around handing out inscriptions like they're nothing, but you have taught me a great soother for demons and grave poison for spirits all in one recipe, so I deem that deserves its reward. " she bowed her head to him very lightly, to point a note of appreciation. " I can write you a good detailed sheet of instructions about how it's made, on proper lasting paper with proper handwriting, and you can come later before your bedtime or early in the morning tomorrow to pick it up, if you promise me you'll get good protective equipment while brewing it to protect your delicate skin.  Do we, perchance, have a deal on that? "

" I'd ask you to seal it if we were in any other circumstances, little Nightingale - but the adorable pile of fur your hands are full with is making it extremely hard for me to suggest shaking hands with you right now... So I'll leave this one to your honor. Come when we agreed to pick up paper, and carry protection, like I bid you to while brewing it. I will prefer not to have to say it again, though - if you brake the promise, I'll seek you out, and you won't be happy with it. Braking deals is seriously frowned upon, even when they're not shaken upon. " she gave him the gentle reminder, and instead of handshake, she gave him a thumbs up as encouragement - it was little alien gesture for her, one she apparently learned from humans, but unlike Llyr one's that seemed like something he picked up naturally and integrated it from humans into his character, her gesture was more formal, as if a cue she had picked out from ones she knew instead of something that people do without much thought and careful choosing put behind it.

Llyr waved back to a Spirit playfully, like to an old friend, and then, he followed Svarik out, obediently carrying a pot of tea for him and walking beside him as he led him back to his room.

Svarik thanked him when they reached it, and asked him to put the teapot on the table while he sat down into an armchair, holding Xia in his embrace.

" I will assume you're not in the mood to hang out with someone as awesome as me right now. I would hate to draw all of your attention to my glorious figure. " Lllyr teased as he put the teapot on the table, as he nodded with his head lightly. " I need to go, start wrapping up some things slowly in the Organisation, while Tide's tea is getting ready. I can not give thee piece of my hair to use for calling upon me - I don't like you that much to give you tokens of my affection just yet, heh... But if you happen to need me or the Sage, you just need to tell some of the guards to call us, and we'll be there as soon as we can come. "

" Nah, it's neat to be with you. First time I spent this long time with authority figures from capital without them either trying to con me, rob me, or stab me. It's such unexpected change of pace, I think I'll need time to deal with it. But no, seriously - call me if you wish for anything. I will accept no less, and will get angry should I find out you didn't call if you were in need. Peace. " Spirit said, and waved away to him playfully, before turning to leave.

" I shall. " Spirit promised, and waltzed out of the room, closing door behind him.

Erdel was a little quiet in his corner, leaning on his knees little tensely, watching the exchange without speaking. Once they were left alone, his look fell upon sad pouting Xia.
" May I ask... Did something happen, sire? " he asked quietly, by sound of his voice seeming to do his best not to get alarmed. " Is she alright? "

" But what would I ever do with free time, sire? " vampire smiled, a little sadly and wistfully at him. " I already took too much freedom for myself, going on an errand for a whole day and more, without bidding you for permission.... I am here on work, after all - I would ache to not do it at least somewhat properly in time we have left. I doubt time for myself would help me do a better job, when big chunk of my job description is to follow your each step, sir... "
