Svarik rested in his hold, when he wouldn't be able to find rest otherwise, and it helped him to restore some of his strength, both physical and mental.

Simbel put all effort he could into soothing him, and keeping him in sleep as long as he could, so he could get the most rest he can. It was a deep, resting sleep, and thanks to it, refreshed, meadow king only awoke sometimes late in the morning, almost at noon, when sun was already high.

While he slept, Lipka got ready to leave before dawn - but not as far as Svarik thought, in case Liron will agree to take someone else with him.

Falcon had taken a free day yesterday - about as much as someone as important as him on whom so much depended could take, in those circumstances. He woke up early, too, and got to work of his own. He must had asked Simbel to inform him of Lipka's movements - so, before she had a chance to sneak out, he knocked on her door first, so he'd send her of himself, as was due for the host.

(OOC: can we move to Liron for a while, as he is walking on the beach and admiring the sea?)

( OOC: Yes, we've been playing same characters on this side for a while, and they're close so act quite predictably, so without new circumstances, it's gotten a bit stale on their side, as both Svarik and Conrad are depressed right now - so I wouldn't mind if we can come up with some nice side quest with other characters, to mi it up a little :)

White Tide and Senecio were taking his place at Falcon's mansion, being around Death, Liron was enjoying hospitality of Sage's mansion. While Hans was talkative devil and tried to coax things out of him, he in turn, wasn't quite talkative these days, his thoughts running between reflecting of his home and talk he came to fulfill, and between Svarik and people he came to meet here. The sea had its ways on calming wondering souls, though - and elf found solace and enjoyment these days in the ocean, and every now and then, he'd come down by the shore to take a walk and admire it.

While walking on a rock above the sea, he suddenly slipped - or maybe something made him slip - and fell into the water.

There seemed to be nothing wrong or strange about the place, so Liron did not expect that - and he didn't have time to respond and fell straight in. Disoriented, he was looking out for danger, as he was coughing out water.

Suddenly he heard a familar voice, just like it greeted him so long ago: "Oh, hello, Liron? What are you doing in the water?" That was just how his adventures in this realm started - it was the voice of Mirach.

As it dawned on him, for the first time after a while, elven prince  slowly grinned. He remained in the water to the chest, not struggling to get out once he recognized it. Reply came instinctively, bluntly, drawn from a distant memory.
" Eating worms... " he whispered, as he coughed out a bit of water. " You know.. The usual stuff for frog princes... "

" Well, I've had some ups and downs... " Liron sighed a little, his smile fading a bit as he recalled it all, but then sprouting a little frailly again. " Not all's been great, but I did meet Svarik. I saved him from some people that wanted to kill him, and I've actually crowned him king of Lowlands with those very awkward hands, can you believe that? That was a good day... "

" Yes. " Remembering Mirach's story when they'd met, Liron bit his lip, realizing there's more she may want to know. " Hey... Just in case you wish to know... You're right. We cleansed, the crypt in the capital city, that was the source of corruption in the land, with help of some friends. " he whispered. " And... Svarik will repurpose the Derhain fortress, eventually. No more bodies of the Derhain lie there, anymore. And that boy, Izmir... We buried him in the garden of our, um, common friend for now. We held a real  funeral and everything, and we had Highlander that sent him of with Highland burial song... It's temporary, Svarik wants to rebury him in the cemetery one last time, after the pear tree he meant for him blooms, later this spring... "

Liron frowned,  looking a little unsure.
" That's.. a bit unsure wording.. my lady... We're both nice enough people... Why wouldn't it be good for us to meet? ." He whispered." Did you have reason to be concerned back then? "

" I'm glad it's nothing serious. " elf relaxed a bit anew, sitting down in the water lazily, not bothering to get out. " So.... Is everything alright, then? " he asked then little sheepishly, and almost a bit hopefully. " How are things going? Still, um, sleeping soundly? Is everything okay in the mountains? "

Liron actually smiled at that, somehow faintly, meekly, in a little defeated, apathetic way, used to bad things falling over his shoulders.
" Okay... Could you tell me what's eating at this world this time? " he murmured quietly, leaning back in water, as he asked humbly. " Is there any other side quest you'd like to mysteriously send me on, my lady? I should be heading on my own misadventure, I guess, but as the time closing in, I can't lie a part of me doesn't look forward to a new delay... Though delays I get are usually world threatening, not flower picking kind, it seems... "

Liron raised his eyebrows, expecting some mysterious hint for quest to help someone, but definitely not expecting that. He seemed a little dumbfounded, as if something in her words was for some reason little strain for him.
" You... somehow feel compelled? " he asked slowly, as if struggling with that nonchalant expression. " My lady, is it, like... I feel something terrible's happening in the world so you'll need all help you can get, compelled... or is it, I'm worried you'll get killed so I'd like to go with you, compelled? " he asked quietly and with uncertainty. " If you wish to go, you know, you can just say that... But I'm not sure how we could do that, with you sleeping... And... It kind of seems like a decision a bit, um... if you permit me... on a whim... " he admitted. " Even if it was possible, I don't want to bring you to position where you can be hurt, with a spur of a moment decision... "

"Hm... good question," Mirach smiled a little. "Compelled in what way? I feel compelled, like time itself would be whispering in my dreams. And the land as well. It doesn't want to lose what it just gained. I find it strange that you don't want to bring me to a position where I can be hurt, but want to do it with someone who has less power than me..."

" I've actually met Time. He's quite a nice guy, but I doubt, that he'd be whispering into someone's dreams... That's just creepy... " elf smiled faintly, trying to keep conversation lighter in tone, even though his face fell with her words. " And I don't want to put anyone in position where they can be hurt... It's just.. that so much has happened... And I've had to kill... And to fight, where I didn't want to... I have to tend to people, whom I don't want to... " he shook his head quietly. " Lot has happened. I should had been on my way ages ago. I don't really even know what I'm doing anymore... I've already dragged more than enough of people into my problems...  "
