Senecio adn Tide II

[Mirach]

"I just had the blue one so far, but that was an emergency flower 'cause I needed some sugar," Senecio said, the attitude of his friends assuring hom that he doesn't have to feel ashamed and can talk about it freely. "Now that I'm not thirsty anymore, I'm going to taste some more." He picked a few different flowers, trying them one by one.

Each flower had a slightly different texture and flavour to it, some sweet, some more sour, some an exciting unusual mix of both - it seemed Tide remembered how Senecio liked many contrasting flavours and unlike Hans, who would try to sneak in something on the healthier side now and then, in his order he went all in on variety and made it packed with different tasty things. His friends let him eat, and so he wouldn't feel awkward being the only one or eating in silence. Hans was the one who spoke up brightly, not without a little excitement, when sharing tthe news.
" Tell me how you like them and what are the particularly good ones. Just save some space for marshmallows, if it still stands that you are up for a sleepover later. Does the plan still stand, or would you like some you time instead? It is a bit early for usual bedtime, but it's not like anyone is the boss of us, so we can make esception and go to bed early if we feel like it, " Spirit reassured him, just like Tide before, trying to gauge how tired he is and what he wants. " Speaking of that, me and Alpha talked about our future and all... We decided we'll stay engaged for a while. It's not like there's a rush, but being boyfriends is just too many steps behind for whatever we had, so we decided to be fiancés and enjoy engaged life for a while! It just felt right. No pressure, but we thought it would be cool if we waited until you guys get engaged and choose to marry, so we could maybe have a double wedding? No pressure, but you know, could be cool, if everyone is up for it? " he tried to play it off as no big deal, but by how animatedly he was waving his hands around as he spoke, actor could see that recalling his talk with Alpha was a very shining memory, that despite their hardships, he was happy to share, like someone who is delightened, after many sad ones, to finally get to share a good news and have a future where there are things to look forward to. " We were also thinking about Alpha moving in. He currently does not have permanent room in the mansion, since he'd always stay in quest rooms, so we could when we feel like it do that dramatic - oh no, there are no free guest rooms, so we must sleep in my room, and oh no, there's only one bed thing, hehe... " he was chuckling when his gaze felt on Demon, who was looking aside and rubbing his hands nervously with iridescent blush on his face while Hans spoke. " So, I'd really love us to, uhm, you know... Try out two engaged people living together vibe. I wanted to give Alpha one of my rooms on my third floor, so he can have permanent room in the mansion and sew to his heart's content and keep his gathers and stuff there, so I thought it might be fun to pick around so we can choose Alpha's room together, and maybe furnish it a bit, since Alpha can summon furniture from his apartment in fourth city to here to the mansion. How does a little room picking adventure that ends with nice furnishing and sleepover sound? " it seemed just like Tide he tried to offer actor something nice to focus on, but it was still clear it was something he also thought would be nice. " Only if you're not too tired. Oh, and also, if you both agree, of course. This cutie patootie bundle of insecurities here is so shy about it, " he knowingly teased the unusually timid, tall and nervous star that was glancing in their direction, like an actor auditioning for a role he is not sure is available, a man not sure if he is really wanted or pushing his luck. " I reassured him it would be fine, that it's not like we lack space, but he wanted me to check with you two guys first, to make sure you're okay with him moving in. "

[Mirach]

"Are you kidding? Of course it's okay, the Fourth city is so inconveniently far..." Senecio said, looking forward to having Alpha live closer. "But if I'm having to be honest, I'm exhausted. Not that sleepy though, just kind of wrung out. How about you pick a room and I just take some comfy chair there and watch you while you do the furnishing?"

[VisAnastasis]

Tide also heartily assured him it was okay and embraced him to congratulate him anew, and Being trembled, an iridescent blush from his face spreading and cracking with a few flashes across his body before it luckily settled down quickly. He knew the actor could feel how deeply relieved he was that they all wanted him there and that he was not intruding on their family time, and he was embarrassed and timid about it, but also brimming with quiet hope whenever someone would mention doing anything together.
" Those are truly wonderful news! It is exciting when things you guys flirted into the future are finally happening in the present! " Tide seemed truly happy, without any shade to his feelings, always fortunate when people he loved had good things happen to him and wanted to be part of his life. " Seine, should we go right after you finish eating? Alpha and Hans can go first, so they pick a room until we arrive, and you can rest up nicely while I held move furniture around once we are there. Alpha has a lot of cool things and fun gadgets we can arrange, you'll love watching it! Uhm, I would not say no if you wanted your cool demon king boyfriend to carry you in a romantic walk back home, " he coughed shyly. " But if you want to avoid that, I can also just jump us to the mansion, and maybe I can draw you a nice bath to relax in until Alpha and Hans finish picking Alpha's new room. How about it? Option one, option two, or a secret third thing?"

[Mirach]

"Now that you mention it, a bath sounds wonderful. Let's do that..." Senecio said, taking another flower. He put in into his mouth casually, and they his eyebrows shot up. "Oh wow. This one is really good. It has a cherry inside the dark chocolate..."

[VisAnastasis]

" Yes, we have the first winner! " Tide exclaimed happily, gesturing to others. " Hans, write that down! Cherry with black chocolate is our first win! "
Spirit laughed brightly, and dramatically reached for his bag, and from it took out a pen and one small notebook that had name "Senecio" written in cursive with his handwriting on the cover, and actually did as he was instructed, chuckling innocently as he wrote, while Alpha who watched him write, encouraged him to draw little cherries around the text. After he finished, the man put the notebook back in his endless bag before winking to the actor.
" Make sure to tell me if there are more winners! I need to keep my journal up to date, " he said softly, and he lightly leaned and pressed the actor's hand before saying goodbye for now. " Eat up well, and have a nice bath first, and we'll see each other soon, okay, dearest? "

[Mirach]

"Okay," Senecio smiled. "I'll give you the top three after I taste all of them." He gathered the bouquet of pastry flowers in hus hands and let Tide carry him out through the back entrance.

[VisAnastasis]

With joy, Tide savoured a little moment of being able to carry him around in public, no matter how brief and no matter that they were sneaking so nobody saw. Unlike Erdel, who was doing much better but was clearly still practising, Tide's jump was smooth and done with ease. He leapt and, instead of the garden or front entrance, so the actor would not feel too self-conscious about being carried and how he is seen by others for it, his jump landed them on the windowsill of one of the rooms on Tide's second floor. Demon opened the window with one hand and hopped in, muscle memory with which he was doing it proving clearly that he was used to doing this with Hans and Sage.
Now that there were no spectators on his floor, he carried the actor down their hallway with pep in his step, purring along the way. After they left flowers safely in a vase in Senecio's room, he carried him to the bathroom, and left him to sit at the side while he started drawing him a bath, pouring hot water, lots of lovely scents and flower petals. He worked excitedly, determined to make it a lovely experience, but still careful not to get his royal clothes wet so he would not look silly and messy in the actor's eyes. Although it was a little unusual and strange, it was endearing in its own way, seeing him dressed in such solemn kingly clothes fit for his position, while doing playful little hops around the tub with childlike excitement, throwing and spreading colourful petals within the hot steaming water, paying attention to every detail.

[Mirach]

Senecio was still in his elaborate Spirit King costume, too, and he chuckled a bit when he realized that. "Your Majesty, would you help me undress?" he asked.

[VisAnastasis]

Tide almost seemed a little surprised when addressed by the title, before he snorted as he understood he was addressed as the Demon King.
" Hhehe... Do you ask me as Spirit King or as my dear Demon King consort? If it's the first, of course, as long as we both agree it's with pure intentions. If it's a question from my dear consort instead, well...  " he chuckled fondly as he knelt down on the ground in front of him, as he readily reached for the actor and started to help unbutton and unlace his elaborate clothing. " Actually,  pure intentions question work in both cases. Please make sure to remember that just because little suggestive help is given, it does not mean anything more than that has to happen, " he made sure to gently remind him, as he often did, while carefully undressing him to not tear off his precious costume either. He continued speaking longingly as his hands moved. " This generous demon king could leave you to your privacy to recuperate... but if it is the same with you, would you permit him to keep your company? We could talk if you'd like, or we can keep silent, but perhaps I could wash your hair? You have sweated a lot through the dark day, as Spirit King, through the performance, as my dear Consort. Wouldn't it feel refreshing to have your hair washed, too? I have lot of delightful hair scents fiy for your majesty that you could try... "

[Mirach]

"I am just your Consort, concerned about both our costumes getting wet," Senecio smirked. "Do you want to change while I remove my makeup? Then you can wash my hair without having to worry about it. Will you wear it to the ball, though? It look great on you."

[VisAnastasis]

" Oh, I can technically keep it from getting wet with waterbending, but it's hard to focus on deflecting each splash, so it might be best to change.. ahem... " Tide coughed, his face growing red as he shyly began taking off his cloak - the actor could see that from the moment he commented that royal regalia looked great on him, it got into Tide's head, and he was only thinking of that while explaining. " And, uhm... Yes, I guess I could wear it... if you really like it that much, " he cleared his throat shily, as he added. " There's not exactly reason not to wear it... especially... if our hopes of making peace with Spiriit Kingdom prove valid and there is no longer a reason to keep the hidden court anymore. Our insiders there are feeling out the atmosphere and working hard to raise the odds, so... we are only settling down so firmly because we are that hopeful. Perhaps... it would not be a bad idea if I wear them, so wearing them would just be a casual thing. I didn't offer to wear it last time because I worried that wearing it would make my people feel like I have an important announcement or something large is bound to happen... But it's not like we can't just use announcing Alpha's and Hans's engagement as an excuse for what is an important event. It's an engagement of our Spiriti King Hans and his Star, after all, " his explanation grew more thoughtful and soft as he recalled the happy moments from that day. " I only wore those clothes at my coronation, at Hans's coronation as our Spirit King, and whenever our new representative among humans would be crowned. As you recall, our governing body is represented by one race each: me as Demon, Hans as Spirit, and currently Sage as a human. So, I've only worn it sparingly until now, but it might not be bad to change things, now that everything is changing... "

[Mirach]

"Well, it would be a pity to have such a beautiful putfit and no ocassion to wear it," Senecio said, and then started removing the heavy theatre makeup with a thin lotion that he summoned from his room.

[VisAnastasis]

Like Hans, Tide also always seemed proud whenever Senecio was getting used to the mansion more and using the privileges they had been given, like summoning things, without hesitation. He was a little shy when he took off his garments, but he slipped between the layers once he did, materialising on the same spot with the usual comfortable clothes that were a part of him. He indeed seemed more at ease when not worrying if he would get the precious clothes wet, and he began sorting out scents for hair washing with zeal, determined to spoil the actor a lot after he had such a long, eventful day.

[Mirach]

It took a while to Senecio to remove his makeup properly, since it had to be thick and resistant to look well on the stage. He finally used water to wash off the remnants of it from his face. Only then he removed his underclothes as well, and slipped into the bath with a sigh.

[VisAnastasis]

Tide seemed satisfied that it finally looked like the actor could relax a little. Once Senecio was comfortable, he sat down at the side of tub his head was turned towards, and once he was assured man was okay with it, he gently began washing his hair with scents overflowing with violet flowers, like he promised, not trying anything more than that, his feeling of joy more peaceful and at ease as he hummed a tune while he worked.

[Mirach]

Having his hair washed was a very pleasant feeling, and Senecio slowly relaxed into it, slowly lettinv go of the tension that built up during the day.

[VisAnastasis]

Tide washed it carefully, without any sense of urgency. As he did it, his humming slowly changed into a satisfied purring. After washing was done and he rinsed the hair gently using his powers, Tide just remained sitting where he was, one hand into Senecio's curls, playing with them idly without any rush. He did not dry his hair quickly all at once, not to damage it, but the actor could feel by the warmth coming from his touch that he started drying it slowly with his heating power while playing with it. The water all around him was overflowing with the intense scent of flowers, and Demon kept the water steamy and hot so he would not have to finish the bath before he felt ready. In the comfortable silence, there was no pressure to do anything or hurry, and all he could feel was the demon's peaceful joy, and all he could hear was purring, and the sounds of his hair rustling as Tide moved his fingers through it.

[Mirach]

Senecio stayed like that for a while, enjoying the feeling that the day is over and he can relax. Finally, he got out of the bath amd let Tide wrap him in a fluffy towel while he summoned clean, comfortable clothes from his room.

[VisAnastasis]

Only when the actor was fully dry and dressed in soft clothes did Tide seem satisfied, his feelings bubbling as if he was on top of the world.
" Finally, you are perfect, " he grinned from ear to ear at the sight before him, as he gently tucked one of the actor's locks behind his ears. His feelings suddenly got a touch embarrassed and hopeful, though, as, although he was encouraging Senecio to be confident, he was just as timid asking for what he wanted. "...Ready to go to the third floor to find Alpha and Hans? And, you know, if... if you were to ask me to carry you there, or, if not that, if you were to ask me to hold your hand while we walk there... " his face was redder asking for that bit of romance than before when he was bathing. "... I mean, I would not say no, if you asked... "

[Mirach]

"Yes, I'm ready to be carried there," Senecio smiled.
