" It is a big difference, I think, or it would be to me. " Erdel said. " I hope it will be for Lorenzo as well. Goodbye for now, sir, I will be back soon, I promise. " he said, and he jumped out of the window, and nimbly landed back on the marketplace before Senecio.

[Mirach]

"You really are fast..." Senecio said. "Did your hand heal already?"

[VisAnastasis]

" I just wanted to make sure this is done before king sends of letters further. And normally, such little injury would heal within hour or so. I used to be able to grow a whole hand back within a day. But I guess my system is still a little, hm... upset after everything. But I'm almost fine. If it will reassure you, though, I'm not usually up to be a zoo animal, but I'll make an exception this once... " vampire shrugged a little, and he rolled back his sleeve, for the sake of actor's peace - the wound seemed to have mostly healed by now, and there only seemed to be darker patch of skin there, and traces of tighter scar tissue. It did not seem like human scar, but something that ill fade soon enough during next hours.

[Mirach]

"That's amazing..." Senecio murmured while studying the wound closely. 

[VisAnastasis]

Erdel raised his eyrbrows a little skeptically for a moment, but as long as actor did not try to touch him, he allowed him to look at his hand, to reassure him that it is fine, understanding he is bothered.

" I guess it's one of the perks that I could pass through this in your stead." He just whispered quietly, shrugging a bit " Better me than you."

[Mirach]

"I'm not sure if it's better, but it's clearly faster..." Senecio murmured and looked away.

[VisAnastasis]

" Okay, sure, I will paraphrise - it's better I bother with it for a day, then you, perhaps, for your whole life. " Vampire stated simply and quietly, as he rolled back his sleeve." You are welcome. "

[Mirach]

"Yes. Thank you..." Senecio said faintly. "It is better..."

[VisAnastasis]

 Don't beat yourself over it. You'll have enough of other things for that. True, I don't find you reliable and trustworthy, after what you did - but I do not find you deserving of years of suffering either, for one night of suffering you caused me. I just did the right - or I dare say - the kind thing in circumstances. " vampire crossed his arms, maybe in some doze of reservation and protectiveness, but his words being simple and kind, specially when he added with a smile as faint, but sincere. " After all, will you not need both hands, to carry all the terribly sugary sweets and gifts to your new boyfriend? Don't look at it as debt. "he shook his head. " Look at it... As my blessing, for the two of you. " he said more quietly. " I guess it's closest I have gotten to it. I was told.... that all Spirits and Demons develop blessings of their own as they grow up... but I don't think I have any yet. When I said I wish you best, I did mean it, though. "

[Mirach]

"Then thank you for the blessing," Senecio smiled sincerely. "We should hurry before they close the shops. Do you think there is something I can get for the king? He can have anything he wants, so I don't know if a present will be appreciated..."

[VisAnastasis]

" Yes, we should hurry, just in case. " Erdel agreed, and they proceeded to the bakery first. " And as for Svarik - true, he can have everything he wants, but it's been only recently. He spent lot of his life in poverty, and so he appreciated gifts from his friends. I don't know how much he'll appreciate gift from, hm, not-friend, but I think it's worth a shot. I think he will, if it's sincere... " he said earnestly. " For that already, I fear I don't really have much inspiration right now.. I don't know what specific thing we could get for him. But your markets are quite colorful at south, so we are bound to find something, I deem. " he said, for the first time, carefully and politely using *we*, instead of *you*.

[Mirach]

"Could you then look out for something that you think he would like?" Senecio asked shyly. "I will look for something for Sage and Garnet, I guess I know them better from Lorenzo..."

[VisAnastasis]

" I don't really have to blink, so I shall keep my eyes wide open..  "creature shrugged innocently, and indeed, he did so, observing around for something Svarik may like.

[Mirach]

Senecio chuckled, and watched the stalls on the way to the bakery. He stopped by one stall to get a jewel box from coral for Sage.

[VisAnastasis]

Erdel didn't find anything yet for meadow king, but as they came to bakery, with time, he warmed up to it, and with it, he showed some sincere delight, as he was helping pick up sweets and rainbow glitters for Tide's gift.

[Mirach]

Senecio was also excited with the expectation of Tide's reaction to the gift, and got a lot of tasty sweets and edible decorations.

[VisAnastasis]

In the shop, Erdel noticed edible decorations of bees on grass among flowers, and his face lit up.
" I think Svarik would like this." He said more brightly then." You should just pair it up with some nice little cake or colorful cupcake. Some glitter would be nice."

[Mirach]

"I think I got enough of glitter," Senecio said. "If you think he really would like that, then I will get it, and maybe that honey cake to go with it?"

[VisAnastasis]

" Little honey cake to go with bees would be great, I agree." Critter replied earnestly." Svarik really likes honey. "

[Mirach]

Senecio nodded, and got  it together with the sweets for Tide.

[VisAnastasis]

Creature took the bags from him to carry, much like Tide, it seeming to come naturally to him to asume that role, knowing he is stronger than humans now.

[Mirach]

Senecio looked at the skynwuth worry, as the sun has set already. "That took longer than I expected," he said. "I still need to stop in the glassware shop, and then find some shells on the beach, but I don't know if I find some if it gets dark. Maybe I should look for them tomorrow..."

[VisAnastasis]

" Svarik will be safe with Xia, so... I am willing to stick around for a little longer. I'd really like your first gift to Tide to be special. " Erdel said simply, carefully giving him benefit of the doubt. " We could carry lantern to the beach, and we could search for shells until we find nice ones, I will help you look... Or maybe we should go hurry to see if there is some shop left that sells seashells, at least. " he suggested then. " Lot of them sell them, and thought still counts, as long as you make sure to pick up prettiest ones and decorate them with glitter and food coloring yourself. It will be more expensive, sure, but we may still find some nice ones in souvenir shop, if we hurry.  "

[Mirach]

"I would rather save the money for other presents, if I can..." Senecio said with some embarassement. "I will look for some wth a lantern. I would say you don't have to come with me, but I fear I'm not allowed out of the house without a guard..."

[VisAnastasis]

" And I would say you'd be as easily given some another new guard, but that they would be of little use to you in the dark. So - I will help you out once more. " vampire replied to him, and waved hand at him to follow. " Let us go to that glass shop you mentioned, and then, I shall help you search for the shells. I want us to find some really good ones, though, so be prepared - it may take us a while, and I will make breaks every now and then, to go back to my king and tell him everything is alright. "
