"Ah yes, that makes sense..." Senecio murmured. "I guess he would want to check me out personally. I will be obedient, don't worry... Could you wake me before you leave?"

"Great, I'm not yet fluent in it, so I'm pretty much learning together with her. And since Erdel is having a bath, I would appreciate your help," Svarik said. He then let Xia choose which book she would lime to read.

[VisAnastasis]

" That would be a no, sorry. " Tide shook his head at that. " Humans require sleep as nourishment. I can't just cut out on your sleep like that. Sleep as long as you wish to. I can leave clock at a table, though, so you know what time it is if you look up. "

...

" We all learned it very well, to communicate with Owl properly. Melody speaks quite nicely, too.  " Jake commented with little smile. " I am happy to help. "
And, together with Melody and Svarik, for following time, they devoted themselves to looking after Xia and teaching her new words, something little animal demon seemed delighted with, enjoying their attention.

[Mirach]

"Please, I really need you to wake me... Your information on humans is correct, but they don't require it immediately. You can also be hungry for a while and then get a nice big meal, and the same is with sleep. Also, if you have a big meal, you won't be hungry for a while. If I now sleep long, it will mess my schedule. Normally, I would not mind, I use to have pretty weird sleep schedules, but if we have to prepare the play in two weeks, I need to funcion when the other involved do. So I have to insist. If you don't wake me, I can't go to sleep at all."

[VisAnastasis]

Tide seemed to be thinking about that, prospect of actor sleeping at least a bit better than prospect of not sleeping at all, despite he didn't like to wake him and felt bad about it.. But then he smiled.
" Maybe we can make a deal, if you really want me to do it for you. " he said innocently. " My part, to wake you up when you tell me to. Your part... " he paused, before adding with vulnerable hopeful grin. " I get to hold your hand, all the way till you fall asleep. Then, I get to stay here and have access to the table where I can write, and watch over you as you sleep, and continue to snack on that beautiful sparkly gift you made for me. Then, I wake you on time. " he shyly caressed land's hand with his fingertip, but he did not insist yet before given permission. " Agree so, and I'll call it deal. "

[Mirach]

"I really like that deal," Senecio smiled and pressed Tide's hand, but did not let go of it.

[VisAnastasis]

Tide pressed back his hand once as well, to mark a deal between demon and human, and then gently proceeded to make himself comfortable, holding actor's hand gently while he was falling asleep.

[Mirach]

Holding his hand, Senecio curled like he did before, and as he knew that he can be calm and not worry about oversleeping, he fell asleep soon.

[VisAnastasis]

Tide held his hand thoughtfully for a moment longer, observing his sleep in silence. Only then, he slowly brought forth his writing supplies, and, while every now and then taking new piece of his gift to nibble on, he continued writing instructions for Erdel.

Speaking of Erdel - it were indeed, three long hours, before vampire joined Svarik and the others. He was not quite as one would expect him to be - that said, he did not look like his common self. When knock sounded on the door and Jake opened it, vampire was leaning heavily on one of the guards of mansion who assisted him to come in, appearing rather sleepy and dazed, and one could say, quite happily drunk,l ooking around for Svarik and mumbling goofily. The doze Tide made for bath seemed very strong, and as soon as vampire somewhat came to his senses, he seemed to rush to find his king, and effects didn't have chance to fully wear off yet. Svarik could feel his soul was unusually smooth and completely relaxed, without any crease on its fabric, calmed like never before by strong beverage - but it seemed to leave some kind of sleepy drunk effect on him that lingered.

[Mirach]

Svarik smiled a bit with that. "That must have been a very nice relaxing bath..." he said. Then he thanked the guard for assisting Erdel, and helped him to sit down into a comfy chair himself.

[VisAnastasis]

Erdel, while fidgety until that point, seemed to relax even more when at last felt Svarik's presence. All his senses must had been muddles fairly, and as soon as king got him to sit down, he extended hands to Svarik's face, and started touching it, almost like a blind person, and if to reassure it's really him he feels. Then, he grinned, and he embraced Svarik forcefully, with all strength he could master in his delight - but, thankfully, the potion seemed to leave him temporarily rendered harmless, as even his strongest embrace was  no stronger than embrace of a child. He seemed rather free and spontaneous in this state, and he vulnerably cling to Svarik, mumbling random things like a drunk indeed, lot of which was too illegible for king to understand - and he mostly got that Erdel seemed to compare him to golden summer sun or something, to pure meadow flowers, or was it, to brightest rainbow just after rain.. It seemed to be vampire's way of telling him he's so happy king's fine, as he held onto him as if for dear life.

[Mirach]

Svarik chuckled with those expressions. "You are cute, too. And you are my friend, alright? I want you to remember that when you... sober up."

[VisAnastasis]

" Am.. I? Really... Am? " vampire chuckled a little timidly, flustered, gazing into Svarik's general direction, despite dazed and not able to see him well, seeming in some kind of humbling awe before him. " How can.... we.... be friends.. ? Me.. ? I am.... Just a simple... sinful.... man... But you.... Svarik.... You are a god...you... my  purest... gentlest deity.... " vampire mumbled and managed to stutter hoarsely, with delight, as with his hands, he managed to touch his way to dazzily find king's own hands, and, in what to him must had felt like act of worship and respect, and what looked quite funny and almost childishly innocent, he began to cover but Svarik's hands with warm kisses, in  relative lack of body control and weakness, alas, getting them quite dryly with his saliva in process.

[Mirach]

"I am no god, alright?" Svarik said, uncomfortable with being worshipped like that. "I'm just a man."

[VisAnastasis]

" You... Are a light... That damn Bull... Count never reach... or taint... You... Are my... meadow king... god of flowers... and goodness.. and... joy... and.... my god... " creature seemed blissfully unaware there was any problem with his reasoning, seeming too convinced of it. He took Svarik's hand with childlike wonder, and placed it against his cheek, leaning blissfully to it and closing his eyes trustfully. " I will always... always... protect... my dearest... dearest... you... my rainbow.... my treasure... "

[Mirach]

"That's very nice from you," Svarik smiled a bit. "You are a very good protector to me. And you are also my friend. And I am no god."

[VisAnastasis]

Vampire seemed to grow more vulnerable with Svarik's denying of *godhood*, seeming to vaguely grow to get there's something wrong with it, but he didn't really feel in his heart there was anything wrong, and so his eyes grew sadder.
" Why... does one.. doubt me? " he stuttered dizzily, holding onto king. " You... suffered in my stead. You... Injured got.. Over sins... mine. Over me, stranger... You is... an example. Everything good in the world, has little of you in it. Goodness.... Kindness... Awesomeness... My God of Gentleness. You is how I want to be one day. You is I look up to, and protect forever. " he said fervently but more hoarsely, holding king's hand still, in tight grip of frail creature. " Don't say me wrong. Me knows how I feels to my rainbow. I makes sure my rainbow shines brightly on sky, because my rainbow gave me hope. I is forever grateful. I love my rainbow. Me makes sure no evil taints it. That be part of deal. That be my devotion... I tend to my rainbow forever.  I make sure my sun gold be always safe... I lit fire... keep it warm... forever... needed if... forever.... or.. long as I not killed... by meaners... "

[Mirach]

Svarik felt both touched and embarassed by Erdel's words. Seeing that denying makes his sad, he sighed. "Alright... If you want it to be like that.."

[VisAnastasis]

Erdel smiled little more with that, though still frailly.
" You... Mine treasure... A-always... No shame... in being..... so precious.. so adorable... sun...  " he proclaimed quietly, with trembling, but deep devotion - as, while he did adore Svarik quietly for a while now, in this last week together, he felt closer to him than ever before. Maybe that, in this spontaneous weak state, gave him even more freedom now, for he leaned forth and embraced Svarik with childlike trust. " Always protect... Sunshine... My God of goodness.... " he sighed a little wistfully then, and as if feeling somehow distantly that king desired it acknowledged at last, very slowly, he added quietly, vulnerably like a child burying himself in king's hug, with words that were so big to him, that he was a little ashamed to say them himself. " My... Sunshine.... My... friend. "

[Mirach]

Svarik smiled with that brightly. "Yes... That's right..."

[VisAnastasis]

" Friend... " Demon repeated with timid vulnerable delight and childlike wonder. He seemed to react to Svarik's brightened up smile much more positively as well, and relax anew, regrowing brightness of his aura palatable in the air, very pleasant and soothing to be so close to. He must had felt very safe in king's hold, for cuddling up with Svarik sleepily, he seemed to kind of doze of again, not in a human terms of dozing of, but as if some leftovers from tea-bath kicked in again, leaving him completely relaxed and tame in king's hands, content to stay close so.

[Mirach]

Svarik just continued holding him, understanding that he is in a vulnerable state right now.

[VisAnastasis]

In his current state, it seemed easy to him to forget what is proper, in favor of what was pleasant - and being held by Svarik and feeling his calm presence so close was certainly quite pleasant and reassuring to him. He was relaxed fully, and he sighed a little with pleasure, when little Xia came closer, and shyly joined in on their embrace, keeping them comfortable.
This kind little pleasure seemed to be just what Erdel needed, after so many stresses of his last months. With closed eyes, he just remained calm and motionless, enjoying  the moment. At one point, though it was not too noticeable, king could hear a faint, but distinct sound of that pleasure - it seemed that, as if in some instinctive thing he somehow picked up from either Tide or Xia, he started to make some very light sounds reminiscent to purring.... It was a sound frail, but distinctly happy, and soothing to ones around him.

Svarik smiled to himself with that, glad to see Erdel relaxed.

[VisAnastasis]

Vampire was content to remain so for a while, until effects of soothing bath started to at last slowly wear of. It was very gradual, though, so it didn't seem vampire really got what he was doing, until quite late into it. Then, still little dizzy, he blushed deeply and embarrassingly, as, with little bit of his strength renewed, he shyly straightened up a little, murmuring out a timid apology a little more coherently.

[Mirach]

"It's alright," Svarik assured him. "It must have been a very nice bath..."
