" No." The frail bird replied, fluttering lightly in his place, shy to speak of himself, but knowing he has to put his existence into context." I had lived in Derhain fort for years... Imprisoned, like you had been, before released, few years back. I had known Vein well enough in that time. I came to meet you..." Bird stuttered, before it attempted a light, timid bow to him, awkward, for it seemed he wasn't used to existing here for a long time.

[Mirach]

"I fear I can't help you then," Svar said a little sadly. "I am more Vein than me..."

[VisAnastasis]

" Vein has no face and can not speak back. Only thing it can offer me is my own echo. " Little bird tweeted, with a little gentler and warmer note in its voice, noticing his sadness. It's voice was soft, and words melodic, as if part of a song. " You have mind and words of your own, though, and can speak with me. You are conscious part of Vein, you are it, but still you. You are a special creature... One of a kind.  " bid nodded head at him, before repeating its request humbly. " I seek you. "

[VisAnastasis]

"But you can't seek me without seeking the Vein too," Svar replied. "We are connected."

" Alright. I see what you mean. " Bird agreed. " That is implied by itself, of course... I seek you, as someone I can speak with. But in truth, yes, I can see very well that you're one and the same, in a way, same way river can not exist without riverbed. So, I agree... it can be said, that I seek both... "

[Mirach]

Svar nodded, seemingly more content with that. "Why do you seek us then?"

[VisAnastasis]

" I am a messanger of your Semai and your other half. But I also speak my own mind in this. That is, there's something we'd like to speak about with you, and I can speak here where they can not. " bird replied. " You see, your other half, sir king Svarik, and your Semai, sir Falcon, had chosen immortal life. It was choice of your Semai, that decided to live forever, because he wants to end the big war between Beings. " he  glanced at falcon, and waited for him to nod his agreeing, before continuing. " We came to speak with you, on the matter of Demons... Demons that are, in sixth layer. "

[Mirach]

Svar winced at that mention. "Demons? Why? What do you want to do about them?"

[VisAnastasis]

Zephir paused a little - from what Svarik and Falcon told him, apparition in the Vein seemed quite uninterested in events around it, only interested in music it engulfed itself in. But here, it seemed to be interested, and he concluded he must thread more carefully in the subject.
" What is the matter? " bird asked in a nervous tweet. " Is the subject of them... touchy to you? We have our own hopes of the situation... But... what would you do about them, if it was your call? "

[Mirach]

"Touchy? Of course it is touchy... i'm trying to forget, but I can't. If they find a way to open the gate again, they will do it here, in the Vein..."

[VisAnastasis]

" You feel unsafe, don't you? " Bird asked him quietly. " You had been hurt, because of them. I imagine it must had been hard... Still, do you feel same to all demons? Is their cruelty only thing you know of their kin? " critter asked a little wonderingly, as it suddenly figured out that, unlike Svarik, Svar did not have any positive experiences with demon, neither with Bell's other half, or Cernunnos, or Tide, and none else... And he grew a little unsure for that. " I ask, because... there is more to them, than what it seems, when one glances at them, from here. If I told you that... not all demons are bad... would you believe me? "

[Mirach]

"I don't know. All demons in the sixth layer are bad, I know that much."

[VisAnastasis]

" You do not have all the facts. You're always here, in the Vein. How can you think otherwise, if you can not leave this place, and meet new people to change your opinion? Your friends distrusted demons as much as you did. But they met more demons, and more people, though, that were kind, and nice to them, and they changed their opinion. They'd moved on. " he whispered quietly. " The demons in Sixth layer are imprisoned there, but there are many low and faint demons in hiding, in rest of this world. The big part of demons that are not lone wanderers  have chosen themselves a new king. His name is Tide, and he's very nice. " bird explained him hesitantly. " I've met him just recently, but sir Falcon knows him for three years  now. He's a good king. He came here, to capital, to help Death, who grew ill after he got hurt during Long Night. He did so, despite knowing the danger it'd put himself in.... Does that sound evil and bad to you? "

[Mirach]

Svar retreated a bit at the mention. "But demons are evil... corrupted... there is a demon in the city?

[VisAnastasis]

" Demons in sixth layer are corrupted. They are ill. They are hungry and needy, and in pain. They did what they felt they had to, right or wrong. But not all demons are corrupted. There's more than one demon in the city. One, you already know. It is kind Erdel. Riversong's side had given him full demonship. He's demon in his own right now, but you don't think he's evil, do you? I had an impression that you liked him, when you were human. " Bird tweeted a little sadly. " Tide is second. He just came to us few days ago. He's very nice. He brought me glasses, and he brought Simbel... White... he brought him pink hair dye... It was such lovely gesture.. " despite the melodic voice, there was some hoarse, more emotional note to it, as if it was something big to him, that he won't forget lightly, something that made him especially protective of Tide. " He's a lovely. upbeat creature... He was about to go outside, I heard, on a date with him human boyfriend. But if you'd like, maybe he can come by and meet you, if that would reassure you... I could ask him... "

[Mirach]

Svar was shaking his head, first slowly, but then faster, with the quantity of information that he wasn't able to process, perceiving the world and even more on emotional than intellectual level with being part of the Vein. 

[VisAnastasis]

Zephir sow he was growing upset, so he gave him a moment, but he didn't want him to feel lost.
" It's okay... World can be a bit overwhelming. I can feel it deeply, too. I often get overwhelmed by it, and am calmest among my plants. You're always overwhelmed, though, aren't you? It's alright. " he whispered. " I do not know as much, about Tide, as your other half, and sir Falcon, but I know about demons, very much. I have both Demons and Spirit in my ancestry,, though, admittedly, more of the first king. " he smiled a little fraily, seeming to get a little overwhelmed himself already, with speaking with stranger for so long. " Maybe we could... Talk more... I could answer your questions... However long it takes... At pace you're comfortable with.. So that it won't be  overwhelming to you... "

[Mirach]

"Talk... talking is hard and awkward... I listen and I feel..." Svar said slowly, aftr he calmed a little. "In ghe Vein, there is no thinking..."

[VisAnastasis]

" Are you so sure? I think you're mistaken. Your words are their own contradiction. You're a creature of consciousness and mind. You're an individual. " Bird tweeted timidly. " You listen and feel.. But you also think. If it were not so, you would not exist as you do, and you would not be able to speak with us. You're a real. Your ability to think makes you respond to us. You're part of the Vein, but it is that which is no the Vein, that makes you able to speak to us... Thinking is hard for you, though, I understand, so that's why I'm ready, to... Answer your questions... At your pace... "

[Mirach]

"It's hard to think of questions that would help to understand what you say, though. And why should I understand? That is my forst question..."

[VisAnastasis]

" Because you are afraid and tense about demons. You said just before, that you're trying to forget about them, but that you can not. That means you're thinking about them. They frighten you and disturb your peace. " Zephir whispered. " It's important for you, how you feel, because that's so vital part of you. Won't you feel better, once you understand real situation in our world better? I've spent many years while.. while I lived in mountains, helping Beings. I can help you understand things better. With more clarity and bigger picture, don't you think you'll feel better? "

[Mirach]

"I think? I think I will feel better if I just flow with the Vein and not think at all," Svar replied.

[VisAnastasis]

" Are you sure that's the case? " bird asked, getting a little withdrawn and confused about his replies. " You are the one that said you want to not think about them, but that you can't forget, because you're anxious about them. It doesn't seem to me that forgetting it while you still feel  unsafe is an option. Isn't just flowing with the Vein and trying not to think... just pretending that problem isn't there? Just... Being upset, and pretending that you're not? "

[Mirach]

"It is there and thinking about it will not make it dissappear," Svar replied."I'm just not able to get rid of the thoughts fully... but the Venlin is helping me..."

[VisAnastasis]

" You're a person, and you can't get rid of thoughts fully, no, not even in sleep. I am sorry. There's only one single way to get rid of thoughts completely - and that is death. " bird was sad. " Is that what you desire, then? If you seek death, I... could help you with it... " he whispered. " But I don't understand, why someone in your position, position to have such peculiar, amazing existence - would want to strive for that... "

[Mirach]

"You don't know how it feels, being a part of the Vein. Death is the end of thought, but also of feeling. In the Vein, thoughts fade, but feeling continues, and you feel its music..." Svar said. "I took my form in second layer when I sensed you coming, but I would like to go back there."
